Making lifestyle changes takes time. For it to be sustainable, one should start small and gradually make more changes overtime until he/she reaches end goal. It takes around 30 days to create one new habit so you figure it can take anywhere from 6 months to a year to create lasting lifestyle changes that are sustainable, bring you joy and support your overall health and wellbeing.

Online Appointments

Initial Assessment

New clients are given a 10-15 minute custom questionnaire designed specifically for you to assess different topics including your goals, desired outcomes, sleep, diet, stress and MORE! There is also a section to add additional comments that you think your coach should be aware of. The goal of this session is to identify and prioritize your goals and begin to create an actionable plan.

Follow up session

Sessions are initially to check-in on any actionable items from our first session. See what is going well and what we need to adjust, if any. We can then address if there are any new challenges you are facing with your overall wellness.
