New clients are given the option to submit a ~20 minute questionnaire prior to meeting to assess various wellness topics including sleep, stress, energy level, diet & nutrition, libido, hormones and MORE! It is not required but can be beneficial for you to get the most out of your sessions with your coach. If time doesn’t permit, we can go through the assessment together on our first call. The goal of this session is to identify areas that need attention and begin to create breakthrough goals and an actionable plan.
Sessions are initially to check-in on any actionable items from our first session. See what is going well and what we need to adjust, if any. We can then address if there are any new challenges you are facing with your overall wellness.
